During this period, I have deeply observed and experienced Bodrum Peninsula and it's local characteristics. Also, during my residence in Bodrum, I have met several Foreign Property Investors having legal, administrative and financial difficulties due to the some local characteristics. Brief CV: After successfully completing BA degree in International Business and Tourism and MSc degree in Business Administration, both from Ankara University, I have worked in management positions in variety of companies in Turkey's finance capital Istanbul and Turkey's administration capital Ankara. During this period, I have specialised in national and international markets, finance, Turkish law, Turkish administration system, importation and exportation. I have also gained vast experience in insurance when I held Ankara representation of an International Insurance company between 1981 - 1993.
